Tatiana Loureiro

Tatiana Loureiro is a lawyer and expert in intellectual property and energy law. She holds an LL.M. in European Union Studies from the University of Salamanca (Spain), a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property from Bournemouth University (UK), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Energy Law from Club de la Energía (Spain).

As an entrepreneur and Managing Partner of R2M Spain, Tatiana combines her passion for International Law and the European Union with her expertise in intellectual property rights, exploitation, and marketing. She has extensive experience in project and innovation management within EU-funded initiatives, including the successful organization of dissemination activities such as the Sustainable Places conference.

Within R2M’s energy services, Tatiana provides clients with legal assistance on regulatory frameworks and contracts, with a particular focus on Energy Communities, supporting the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the energy sector.

Main area of activity in R2M:

Management of the Spanish Branch and Head of Area in the Legal Department. Besides managing the Spanish branch of the company, Tatiana has experience in EU funded projects as Innovation Manager, developing activities related to communication, dissemination and exploitation of results. During the last years she has been focusing on providing legal assistance for the deployment of Energy Communities in Spain.
