Régis Decorme

ICT engineer (University of Nice – Polytech Sophia Antipolis ’04) with senior experience in IT research and innovation addressing societal challenges. Regis is focusing on Information Technologies and Open Innovation for business-oriented domains such as energy-efficient buildings, active ageing & design as well as smart cities. He worked for 4 years at the University Hospital of Nice (2004-2008), then for 10 years at CSTB (2008 – 2018) – the French Scientific and Technical Centre for Buildings – where he was the coordinator of EU affairs for the IT (Information Technologies) Directorate, assisting directly with the organization and implementation of the European Construction Technology Platform (ECTP). Regis is also one of the initiator of the Sustainable Places conference series. Regis is managing partner and co-founder of the French branch of R2M Solution located in Roquefort-les-Pins on the French Riviera.
