Pietro De Cinque

Pietro De Cinque is a LEED AP (accredited professional) building design, sustainability, and energy management engineer. Graduate of the Politecnico di Milano with a BSc(Eng) in Building Engineering with a specialization in design, he developed his field experience in the Drees & Sommer Advanced Building Technology (ABT) department where he supporting project managers in seeking greener goals. Under his oversight and during the year 2011, the first building achieved LEED NC 2009 Gold certification status in Italy. There are four other buildings that have since achieved this level of certification. His field experience includes work in Germany and Italy and he is expert on the languages and sustainability policies in both countries. His skills include dynamic building simulation, building certification, sustainable design, energy management, energy audits, facility management, and building physics.
