Juan Manuel Espeche

Juan Espeche, as the Managing Partner and Head of Innovation at R2M Solution Spain, brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the company. His academic credentials are impressive, holding an MBA Essential from the London School of Economics, a II MSc in Renewable Energy (EUREC coordinated), and a MSc in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Polytechnic of Turin. His professional journey includes a significant tenure at Telecom Italia Laboratories as a project manager and a robust experience of over nine years at R2M Solution. In this period, he has successfully coordinated and managed multiple significant EU projects, such as DRIvE and LIGHTNESS under H2020.
Juan’s prowess in proposal writing is evident from his track record of leading and participating in more than 20 proposals, successfully securing funding for 10 projects amounting to over 40 million euros. Additionally, Juan is dedicated to knowledge sharing, having conducted numerous trainings on H2020/Horizon Europe for various entities including NCPs, research centres, and private companies in the last three years. His blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and business acumen positions him as a key asset in R2M Solution Spain’s growth and success in the renewable energy and technology sectors.
