Alessandro Lodigiani

A LEED AP since 2009 and a BREEAM Assessor since 2016, he is a former Secretary of the Lombardy Chapter and a trainer for the Green Building Council Italia. Alessandro is an active promoter within the Italian real estate community of the transformation of the construction supply chain towards green building principles. He holds a degree in Environmental Sciences, and from 2007 to 2018 he worked at Kroll (REAG), a global leader in real estate valuation and due diligence, where he served as Director of the Professional Services Department. In this role, he supervised areas related to sustainability, energy and environmental management, building systems, and safety.

Main area of activity in R2M:

Since December 2018, Alessandro Lodigiani has been the Country Manager Italy at R2M Solution. He leads the Research to Market Group in Italy and is specifically responsible for the Innovative Products and Services Division, which brings cutting-edge technologies to the market to accelerate the energy transition, digitalization, and the achievement of ESG goals in the real estate sector.
