DESIGN THINKING SERVICES & MARKET STUDIES
We propose Design Thinking services, to help our clients better understand complex problems, empathise with their counterparts (customers, partners or employees) and define truly innovative and impactful solutions. We also conduct market studies, business modelling and customer segmentation services in the energy and building sectors.

We have developed a tool to support the project planning and resource reporting both in terms of financial management and also in terms of people/resource management. The tool covers the whole project life cycle from the grant agreement signature to project closure and final audit passing through all the reporting periods cost claims.
