a Nature Based Solutions knowledge diffusion and assessment platform for re-naturing cities
The project aims to engage urban stakeholders on the issue of re-naturing cities. To this end it shall develop a collaborative platform for citizens, planners and policymakers to discover, discuss and adopt nature-based solutions, including associated innovative business, financial and governance models.
The project will deliver tools to engage stakeholders in solving urban challenges such as cities’ resilience to climate change through nature based solutions (NBS) and to assess environmental, social and economic impacts of different NBS actions.
R2M will lead all actions pertaining to project results exploitation such as market analysis, IP rights protection etc. Furthermore, R2M will contribute to the creation of a publicly-accessible online database of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) Implementation Models.
