We are pleased to announce the achievement of BREEAM In-Use – Very Good level for the Serafico 200 property in Rome, owned by the C5 Fund managed by Savills Investment Management.

This result represents a significant milestone for the real estate sector, demonstrating how the enhancement of existing assets can make a tangible contribution to the sustainable transition of communities through targeted actions on operational efficiency, energy consumption reduction, and emissions mitigation.

As sustainability consultants, R2M Solution supported the entire certification process, working in close collaboration with the Property Management company Cushman & Wakefield, under the coordination of the ESG team.
