We are proud to announce that the building has achieved LEED v4.1 ID+C: Hospitality – Gold level, with a score of 72 points. This is the first certification of its kind worldwide, a milestone that highlights a strong commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and guest wellbeing.

This achievement was made possible through collaboration with Valeri Engineering and Management and the University of Perugia, key partners in delivering a project that brings together innovation and sustainability.
