Building 14 of the European Space Agency (ESA) marks a European milestone by achieving the first LEED v5 Platinum certification in Europe, redefining standards of sustainability and innovation in the construction sector.
Located within the ESA-ESRIN site in Frascati, the building attained the highest certification level with 84 out of 110 points, confirming a highly high-performing design approach focused on environmental excellence.
This outstanding achievement demonstrates the European Space Agency’s strong commitment to innovation, environmental responsibility, and leadership in the public sector.
