European Space Agency - Building Gianni Giorgi Alberti: LEED Platinum

Building 14 of the European Space Agency (ESA) marks a European milestone by achieving the first LEED v5 Platinum certification in Europe, redefining standards of sustainability and innovation in the construction sector.
Located within the ESA-ESRIN site in Frascati, the building attained the highest certification level with 84 out of 110 points, confirming a highly high-performing design approach focused on environmental excellence.

This outstanding achievement demonstrates the European Space Agency’s strong commitment to innovation, environmental responsibility, and leadership in the public sector.
Building 14 now stands as a benchmark for future certifications and as a model for public and private organizations engaged in the ecological transition.
