Buildings +Segreen Complex: WELL Gold

The J–K–W buildings of the +Segreen complex in Milan have reached a significant milestone by achieving WELL Core v2 pilot – Gold level certification.

With a total score of 73 points, the project confirms a design and management approach strongly focused on people’s health, wellbeing, and safety, placing the quality of workspaces and the occupant experience at the core of the development.
