We are pleased to announce that the Auros asset of the Colliers Global Investors Italia Fund has achieved BREEAM In-Use – Good level, a recognition that confirms the property’s sustainability performance in line with one of the leading international green rating systems for the real estate sector.

Throughout the certification pathway, R2M Solution supported the client across the entire BREEAM In-Use process, contributing to the development of the evidence required to achieve the credits and also acting as Assessor, thus providing comprehensive, structured, and standard-compliant support.
