R2M Solution Italy
The Italian headquarters brings together over 90 professionals working across the Innovation, Sustainability, Innovative Products, and Energy Services divisions. ICT and Artificial Intelligence capabilities operate across all projects or as dedicated vertical expertise for advanced solutions.
We are recognized for our strong specialization in commercial real estate, offering dedicated services in:
- energy performance certification and optimization;
- integration of innovative technologies and products;
- design and simulation of Positive Energy Districts and Energy Communities;
- direct investments in ESCO projects, also acting as early adopters of emerging solutions.
We actively participate in leading national clusters and networks focused on sustainability, smart buildings, and real estate, contributing to the advancement of innovation across the sector.
R2M Solution Spain
With more than 35 professionals, the Spanish office operates across Innovation, Energy, and ESCO services. ICT expertise is integrated within the “Cobra” research group, dedicated to the development of proprietary applications for the management of Energy Communities.
R2M Solution Spain is also a key reference point in managing a network of public energy transition helpdesks, supporting citizens, businesses, and local authorities.

R2M Solution France
With over 20 professionals, R2M Solution France operates between Paris and the French Riviera and is actively involved in major European innovation programmes. It is a key partner of the European Construction Technology Platform (ECTP) and of strategic projects focused on the digitalization of the construction sector.
The team also operates within an industrial provider of HVAC and BMS systems, delivering advanced smart building solutions.
R2M Solution UK
Operational activities are currently suspended following Brexit. However, a strong internal pool of excellence in cybersecurity remains, ready to be leveraged when conditions allow.

Our History
A journey of European growth
R2M Solution was founded in Milan in 2012 by six co-founders. After establishing its first offices in Italy, the Group embarked on a rapid international expansion with the launch of R2M Solution UK, R2M Solution Spain, R2M Solution France, and R2M Solution Energy.
The first major milestone came with the European project REEMAIN, which marked the beginning of a structured model integrating research, development, and market deployment. This also laid the foundation for the Group’s commercial offering, evolving from LEED consulting to today’s comprehensive portfolio of certification services, technical consultancy, training, and licensing.
Today, a significant share of the Group’s revenue comes from consulting, business development, and the valorization of innovative products, within a virtuous model that continuously connects R&D with the market.
R2M Solution is also a shareholder and co-founder of several startups and accelerators in the fields of energy, sustainable mobility, and digital innovation.
Since 2016, we have organized the European conference Sustainable Places, now one of the leading reference events for innovation in the sustainable built environment.
