Our Selection Process
To ensure a clear, transparent journey focused on mutual understanding, our selection process follows structured steps designed to identify the best match between skills, motivation, and role.
1. CV Submission
The first step is to share your CV and a short cover letter. We will carefully review your background, skills, and motivations.
2. Initial AI Interview (optional)
For those who wish, it is possible to take part in an initial interview with AVANTI, our AI assistant developed in-house by R2M Solution.
This tool is designed to make the process more flexible and efficient, helping us gather preliminary information about your profile. The AI interview is optional and does not, on its own, determine the outcome of the selection process.
3. First Introductory Interview
An initial meeting, online or in person, to get to know each other better and explore your background, expectations, and interest in the role.
4. Second Technical Interview
A more in-depth discussion with the team or technical managers, aimed at assessing your skills, working approach, and potential contribution to our projects
